A BUSY WEEKEND

Greetings!

GRAHAMS  had their 41st Anniversary  on  BLACK FRIDAY, Nov. 25th  with a store wide sale.  Our store manager, Natalie, made home-baked Italian Pizelle cookies topped with a dusting of icing sugar.   Yummy!  It was a fantastic and celebratory day!  Later that evening, Santa Claus made his first appearance in the downtown core, with the lighting of the town Christmas tree.

Natalie enjoying her visit with Santa at "Sticky's Candy."  Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011

The following day, Saturday was our  HENCKEL knife sharpening event.  (I had meant to bring my camera, to take pictures....Oh, darn!)  Let me tell you, we sharpened many knives!  A donation box was in place for the local Salvation Army  and with gratitude to those that donated, they will be receiving $141.06.  Also,  I must add that there were many shoppers in the downtown area, making the promotion of "Small Business Saturday" a great success.  Thank you everyone for breathing life and energy into small businesses everywhere, in particular Chilliwack!

This week we are having a SALE on the SOPHIE CONRAN boxed dish set!  12 pieces for $99.99 and that is a fantastic price!  Plus, you get a FREE platter!!  How great is that?  If you haven't yet been to the website go to:  www.grahamsgifts.com  Check  under "EVENTS."

This time of year is filled with  such great energy and excitement!  Upcoming, is  the Santa Claus Parade on the 3rd of December in the downtown core.  I'll remember to take my camera so I can post some photos next week!  Hope to see familiar faces, smiling of course!

Bye for now...
Erica
